

Day 2 began with the usual 5am wake up.But taking the week off from running..so I kicked it off with some oatmeal and fruit. We went back to campus and got some of our classes figured out (how amazing.. I have a 4 day weekend--no classes Mondays or Fridays). The day was spent doing mostly errands (books, etc) and a lot of walking around campus. The weather couldn't have been any better: 75 degrees. By the time we got home I was in need of fuel. So I attempted using the stove to cook up some lunch around 2pm.
Did some emailing took a snooze and woke up around 7pm craving some nachos. I ventured to the market for some nacho supply shopping. That didn't last long.. in route to the Maloney's Grocer I smelled a pasta place that smelled wonderful, yet I was on a mission to make my nachos. So I proceeded and saw a vegetable medley that looked like it would be the perfect topping to my nachos. I purchased it and headed back to a local chemist (aka pharmacy/convenience store) to seee if they had some salsa and Tostitos chips..I picked up the smell of the pasta place again Viva La Pizza.
I was now starving..I needed some substance.. I ordered myself a hearty meal: the Vegetarian Pasta Dish (Fettuccine Noodles with tomato sauce, mushrooms, garlic, onions, causticms, sun-dried tomatoes) and I was not disappointed.. it was large and in charge. Viva La Pizza would give Comella's a run for their money...(C-1)
